They won't add pop up or other Ads in the free hosting. In free hosting also they are having 3 plans like Beginner, Personal, Developer. For Beginner and Personal plans, they are giving more Disk space, Data transfer, free web page design tool. But for Developer plan, they are giving you permission to keep all kind of files with 'My SQL' Data base.
